Yvonne Vignes was born 1973 in Hamburg, Germany. She is a freelance illustrator based in Arendal, Norway. Her work is often been described as naive, charming and with a slight humor. She draws by hand and colors digitally. Her other preferred materials are markers, gouache and even strong coffee.
She makes illustrations on commission for both private and professional clients, as well as editorial illustrations in Norway and Germany. Currently she is writing and illustrating her first children's book. Yvonne Vignes is member of Grafill.
Yvonne lives with her husband, 3 children and 4 cats in a big house… with an even bigger garden… and the biggest lovely chaos in the world!
